Irene Ogongo - BScN, RN
Quality Management and Patient Experience Irene Ogongo obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nairobi in 2005. She has over 17 years’ experience in Nursing, Quality Management and Patient experience programs and now runs her own professional Consultancy. Currently undertaking her masters in Health systems management. She works with in both private and public sector with focus on establishing and maintaining standards. She is currently working with the National Cancer Institute of Kenya as well as some dental facilities in Kenya in development of their quality management and patient experience programs among others. She has previously worked in Rwanda, Sierra Leone and Liberia as a Quality Improvement Lead.
